Overview
This learning collaborative will bring emergency managers and other leadership together to build on past experiences with disasters - including hurricanes, wildfires, disease outbreaks, power outages, and more to improve rapid response in the early days of disasters. Participants will be involved in an interactive learning model using collaborative techniques to build a customizable response playbook.
Learning Objectives
- Understand the differences in planning for a notice and no-notice disaster
- Identify and understand key response actions for early emergency response
- Contribute to a response playbook specifically designed for community health centers
