Join NACHC for its popular annual training, “Introduction to the Health Center Program: Tools for Building and Enhancing Your Health Center.”
This training is designed for health center staff and leaders who are seeking a foundational overview of HRSA program requirements and promising practices related to Health Center governance, staffing, and operations. Staff from 330-funded Health Centers, Look-Alike Health Centers, Primary Care Associations, and/or Health Center Controlled Networks, are encouraged to attend this training. Staff from Community-Based Organizations seeking to become part of HRSA’s Health Center Program may also attend.
Training Agenda
This two-day, virtual event provides a comprehensive, nuts-and-bolts training covering the following topics:
Day 1: Health Center Foundations
- Introduction to HRSA’s Health Center Program
- Health Center Program Continuous Compliance
- Your Health Center’s Scope of Project – Sites, Services, and Other Activities
- An Introduction to Health Center Boards
Day 2: Health Center Operations and Finance
- Needs Assessment and Strategic Planning
- Building and Optimizing Your Model of Care
- An Introduction to Health Center Finance
- Leveraging Data to Cultivate a Performance-Driven Culture
