Overview
This Pharmacy Operations Office Hour is a 60-minute virtual session designed for health center pharmacy directors, managers, operations leaders, and front-line supervisors. The discussion will focus on non-clinical pharmacy operations, including front-end workflows, service delivery, staffing considerations, and operational alignment with broader health center strategies. Participants will hear insights from experienced pharmacy leaders and engage in open discussion around common operational challenges and emerging practices across FQHC pharmacy programs.

One 60- minute Office Hour with an expert facilitator, SME insights, peer exchange and Open Q&A
