Program Description
NACHC is pleased to announce the PATH: Professional Advancement and Training in Health Centers (PATH) award program. PATH will fund established health center-driven pipeline and pathway training programs for community health workers, medical assistants, nurses, and population health technicians that can include partnerships with training or education organizations, such as high schools, vocational-technical schools, community colleges, apprenticeship programs, undergraduate programs, career programs for nontraditional students, and area health education centers.

Who Should Apply?
- Applicants must be a § 330 funded or look-alike health center organization.
- Applicants must have an active NACHC Organization Health Center Membership in good standing.
- Applicants must have an existing health center-driven pipeline or pathway training program(s) for community health workers, nurses, medical assistants, or population health technicians.
