Overview

Two virtual, peer- to- peer office hours designed for FQHC dental operations leaders to share challenges, swap solutions, and leave with practical tools that strengthen teams and standardize department flow. Each session combines brief expert insights, real-world examples, and open Q&A.

Format

Two 60- minute Office Hours with an expert facilitator, SME insights, peer exchange and Open Q&A

Learning Objectives

By the end of this office-hour series, the participants will be able to:

• Understand how staffing design and team communication influence access, throughout, and patient experience in the dental department
• Recognize common workforce related pain points that disrupt daily operations
• Examine frameworks for role clarity, competencies, and coaching that support consistent performance
• Understand how standardized workflows and handoffs reduce no-shows, rework, and delays.
• Recognize frequent failure points across the end-to-end visit pathway (pre-visit-visit-post visit).
• Consider operational measures that reflect reliability (e.g., on-time starts, rework/ denial signals, cycle time).
