In today’s fast-paced healthcare environment; operational excellence is not optional, it’s essential. FLOW is a dynamic, hands-on training experience that empowers community health center leaders to drive meaningful change. Through expert-led sessions, real-world case studies, and peer collaboration, you’ll gain the tools to optimize workflows, enhance team performance, and lead with clarity and confidence.

This training will focus on the following shared C-Suite Core Competencies:
– Operations (Level 3)
– Personnel Management (Level 3)
– Leadership (Level 3)
These competencies align with NACHC’s Value Transformation Framework (VTF), with detailed descriptions of knowledge and skill levels. NACHC resources are mapped to competencies in the TTA Catalog.
This training will provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) credits.
