The Health-Related Needs (HRN) Learning Series is a five-part webinar series designed to build foundational and practical knowledge around identifying, collecting, and using information on non-clinical factors that influence health outcomes. Together, the sessions guide participants from understanding what health-related needs are, to implementing screening, engaging patients respectfully, using data effectively, and sustaining efforts through collaboration and planning.
