Date and Time: October 1, 2025 at 3:00 PM ET
Overview
On behalf of the CHARGE Partnership, we would like to invite you to a webinar on October 1, 2025 at 12pm PST/3pm EST.
This webinar is intended to inform health centers of the final changes made to the solar+storage tax credits/rebates related to H.R.1, passed on July 4th, 2025, and updated by the Treasury on August 15th.
This webinar will explain how you can still lock in federal rebates of 30%-50% for your power and back up battery projects if at least 5% of the project costs are incurred by the end of 2025, and potentially through June 2026, provided compliance with the new FEOC guidelines. All of the new regulations and ways to comply will be explained on the webinar.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the Updated Solar+Storage Tax Credit Landscape
Participants will be able to identify the final changes to Sections 25D and 48E of the federal solar and energy storage tax credits, including eligibility deadlines, rebate percentages, and distinctions between owned and leased systems - Apply Compliance Strategies for FEOC Restrictions
Participants will learn how to navigate the new Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) guidelines, including sourcing requirements and the impact of component origin on tax credit eligibility, to ensure compliance for projects initiated in late 2025 and beyond. - Plan Clean Energy Projects to Maximize Federal Incentives
Participants will be able to evaluate project timelines and financial strategies to lock in 30%-50% federal rebates by meeting the 5% cost-incurred threshold or beginning significant physical work before the end of 2025, with potential extensions through June 2026.
