National Fly-Ins Overview
National fly-ins are a highly effective way to elevate the voice of Community Health Center (CHC) advocates with lawmakers in Washington, D.C. Over the past year, CHC and Primary Care Association (PCA) leaders conducted hundreds of bipartisan meetings with members of Congress and staff, directly shaping policy conversations and helping secure the largest increase in mandatory funding for the Community Health Center Fund in a decade.
NACHC works in close partnership with state/regional primary care associations (PCAs) for upcoming fly-ins and opportunities to engage with elected officials. If you are interested in traveling to Washington, D.C. to speak with your members of Congress, please be sure to contact your state/regional PCA to coordinate these visits.
